maintain a core group of Associates to enhance the services
and talents we provide our clients. When a project or timeline
demands additional skills and attention, we can quickly assemble
a team of Associates to meet those needs. In addition to the
core Associates listed here, we also have immediate access
to professionals in media relations, public policy, and research
as well as graphic designers and editors.
Ronald
A. Stewart, Ph.D.
Dr.
Stewart is passionately engaged in service to the nonprofit
and public sectors. Among the hallmarks of his consultation
work are tailored and practical solutions for organizations,
staff and volunteers. Dr. Stewart provides a wide array of
capacity building interventions such as executive coaching,
executive search, board development, planning, evaluation,
discussion facilitation and fundraising. Among the dozens
of organizations he has assisted are The Durfee Foundation,
The University of LaVerne, Neighborhood Funders Group, and
the San Bernadino Health Consortium.
He
is a skilled grant writer and has assisted numerous organizations
in securing federal, state and local grant resources. Over
two thousand people from academic, nonprofit and public institutions
around the country have been trained in grant development
techniques by Dr. Stewart.
Serving
as adjunct faculty at the graduate level, Dr. Stewart engages
learners on topics such as program planning, evaluation and
grant writing.
He
holds a Doctorate in Interdisciplinary Studies – Organizational
Leadership and Management from The Union Institute and University,
a MA in Nonprofit Organizations from Case Western Reserve
University, and a BA in Rhetoric and Communications from Kent
State University. Dr. Stewart resides in the greater Los Angeles

Patti
J. De Rosa, MBA
Ms.
De Rosa has over 20 years experience assisting businesses,
nonprofit organizations and government agencies with their
organizational development needs and in creating strategic,
marketing and business plans. She has designed and taught
courses, and developed workshops and conferences for business
and community organizations, public agencies and college students
on business development, marketing and strategic planning
issues. Her work has been recognized with national and local
honors.
As
owner of a consulting firm, Ms. De Rosa works with organizations
to identify problems and create solutions through the formulation
of their strategies and development of marketing and business
plans. On a volunteer basis, she has lent her skills to assisting
nonprofit organizations to conduct SWOT analyses, and develop
marketing plans, training programs and other ventures.
Ms.
De Rosa was Director of the Small Business Resource and Technology
Center and the Ohio Technology Transfer Organization in Cleveland,
Ohio for 8 years. She has taught college and university courses
on small business marketing and development in the United
States and in Italy. Ms. De Rosa holds her MBA from Miami
University (OH), and a BS in Education from Kent State University.
She lives in Cleveland Heights, Ohio.
Timothy
B. Wilmot, Ph.D.
Our
Associate, Timothy B. Wilmot, Ph.D., has taken on a new assignment
as the Director of Research and Evaluation for The Marin Community
Foundation in Marin County, California. Tim will be sharing
his deep expertise in evaluation, knowledge management and
philanthropy at Marin, and we wish him much success in this
new role.
